Shipping, Returns & Preorders

SHIPPING

Shipping on orders is $15 (within Australia). This covers all packaging, handling and shipping of your order. Free shipping on orders over $299. Express shipping available for $23.

International Shipping is available and calculated upon check out. Rates are in AUD. Rates include $5 handling fee.

If you have made a pre-order and would like to purchase additional products and combine shipping, we can help with that! Just send us an email noting down your order number and we can get that sorted.

We will dispatch your order within 5-7 business day (if pre-order, subsequent to receiving shipment). Once dispatched, please allow up to 4-14 business days (or longer due to postal congestions), 2-4 business days via express post to receive your order via our Postage Services -Australia Post/ Sendle (depending on COVID restrictions). Tracking number will be provided to you.

International Orders:
- Standard: 10 - 15 business days (may be longer, depending on location)
- Express: 2 - 8 business days (may be longer)
- Economy Air : 25 business days+

Once your items have been dispatched, the responsibility of your order will then be transferred to the Courier Company as delivery times and mishandling will be out of our control. We will endeavour to assist you as much as we can.
Any lost parcels will be the responsibility of the purchaser to follow up and we will assist where possible.

LOCAL DELIVERY (if applicable): When selecting local delivery, one of our little Elves will hand deliver (contact-less, of course!) your package straight to your door! Deliveries will be within 2-4 business days of purchase (or when pre-order shipment arrives) between the hours of 9-6pm (7 days a week). You will receive a text message when the Elf is on their way and approximate arrival time. Please be nice to our Elves :)

RETURNS

We currently do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please be sure to choose carefully.

If your item is deemed faulty, please contact us immediately with an image as proof and we will assess as necessary for a refund.

When purchasing the 'Santa Flaws' Mug and Enamel Mugs with minor imperfections, you are accepting all imperfections and the mugs cannot be returned or refunded.

Disclaimer: Actual product colour may vary from the images shown. Every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colours, and every individual may see these colours differently. In addition, lighting conditions at the time the photo was taken can also affect an image's colour.

Christmas Laurel & Co. cannot guarantee that the colour you see accurately portrays the true colour of the product. *By purchasing you agree to this condition and no returns/refunds will be accepted unless major fault.*

PRE-ORDERS

These items are not yet readily available and will be shipped as soon as the stock arrives from our suppliers. As there are limited quantities of each item, pre-ordering will ensure you will be one of the first to receive your items. You will be notified when the item has been shipped to you.

In some instances, minimum order quantities with our suppliers may occur and if this is not met for specific products, we may decide to cancel the ordering of this product. If this occurs, you will be notified immediately and a refund or credit note will be offered as compensation.

If you order an in-stock product with a pre-order product, your total order will be shipped together once the pre-order shipment has been received.

*Disclaimer: please keep in mind that each Santa mug is hand made and painted therefore colouring and small paint imperfections may be visible. Quality is not compromised!
